Dr. Victor Waller (a.k.a. Dr. Vee) is a warm, super friendly and passionate Christian educator who loves helping others grow through compassionate biblical counseling and the power of True Love. With a PhD in Educational Leadership from Capella University, a Master of Divinity from Andrews University, and Certified Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) from the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Vee brings a wealth of knowledge and a heart full of kindness to everything he does. He also holds a BA in Theology from Oakwood College (now Oakwood University).

As a retired teacher, school administrator, and Lay-pastor with harboring the energy God has provided him, Dr. Vee has touched the lives of many with his inspiring teachings. He currently serves as the Director of the Allegheny West Conference True Love Prison Ministry, where he has the joy of teaching biblical character development to inmates. Dr. Vee also leads nightly Bible reading and prayer groups, welcoming everyone who seeks spiritual fellowship and support in overcoming challenges and building good habits.

Dr. Vee is the author of three uplifting books: “Reality Checked: Life through Death,” “Positively, I AM with You: Your Life Matters!”, and “Where Is the Love?”. In these works, he explores the principles of true love and compassion, offering insights into the struggles we all face. He also hosts the TV show and podcast “Witnesses2TrueLove,” where he guides audiences in understanding, accepting, and practicing true love to navigate daily life.
